I believe food is powerful medicine and that exercise heals.
My nutrition methodology is blood-sugar balancing, gut-centric, and deeply personalised. Together, we’ll strengthen your digestion, calm inflammation, repair your relationship with food, and build routines that feel supportive rather than restrictive.
My approach blends simple nutrition, sustainable habits, and mindset coaching so you can age powerfully — not passively — and feel confident in your body again. As an optional add-on, I facilitate DNA genetic testing to optimise and further support your wellness journey.
